Refhilwe is a qualified Image consultant based in Gaborone, Botswana. She is one of the few formally trained Image Professionals in Botswana and completed in November 2012 by the South African Image Company. She is an accredited member of the PIAA (Professional Image Association of Africa)

She is a young woman entrepreneur with an image consulting business (Refined Image Consulting) offering style analysis, colour analysis, makeovers and personal shopping for individuals. She also does corporate clients by offering Presentations, seminars and workshops.

She believes dress /clothes are tools to manipulate perception and can get you anywhere with the right image hence why she likes helping people look their best with the right clothes.

She has been a teacher, a census trainer and a customer service provider. She is also a Cancer association of Botswana volunteer involved in making presentations that gave her experience in public speaking skills.

She aspires to open a boutique since she realized in her image career that there isn’t much variety of stores to get for her clients locally.
